Unable to download the M3U list

Hello,

I have a problem downloading the M3U channels list.
I am using a VISTA environment, I have downloaded the VLC media player but when I try to download the list, the WEB page opens to tell me "Internet cannot display this web page." My connection is "very good." I thank anyone who can help me.

    Hi there, finally back home.
    I'm copying the list with the following link: http://www.recevoir-tv.com/liste-tv-m3u-sfr.php

    I managed to download it on my phone but not on my desktop.
    I'd like to know why.
