Hello,
You need an image editing software. Paint, which is part of the Windows accessories, can do that, for example.
Or in PowerPoint: right-click on the word art and then save as an image.

Hello,
WordArt is an image. Therefore, it needs to be saved separately as an image, in jpg format for example.
Then, in the Excel header, insert the image. You can add the text without any problem.
