Add page number without removing the current footer

Hello everyone :)

Today I'm facing a small problem: I inserted a footer that includes a company's name and its contact details. When I try to add page numbers to the footer, this operation deletes the footer I initially created. I would like to have both in the footer. Is that possible?

    Hello

    Yes, it is possible.
    Place the cursor where you want the numbering, press Ctrl+F9 simultaneously to insert a field. Inside the braces, type PAGE. In the end, you should have { PAGE }. Then press Alt + F9 to display the value.

      How is it possible that we cannot add a number in the footer without deleting the text using the options offered in the dropdown menu?

      Who said it’s not possible?? If you want to add anything to the footer, just go ahead and add whatever you want! Or did I misunderstand your comment?
