Copy/paste not working in Word (Office 2021)

Good evening everyone,
After scouring the web for a solution, I turn to you to help me solve this problem.
I bought my Office Professional Plus 2021 a year ago. For the past six months, I have been unable to use keyboard shortcuts for Word. I can't say what happened in the meantime, but ctrl+c / ctrl+v and ctrl+a no longer work. At least because these are the keys I use the most and I don't use others. I can still right-click and click on the "copy, paste" options, but you would agree that it's not as ergonomic.
What’s strange is that in PowerPoint/Excel and other software in the suite, the shortcuts work
The best lead I have at the moment is: fiddling with "Customize the Ribbon" in the settings, not conclusive since it's for creating shortcut groups in the ribbon, or maybe an uncompleted Fr-CA update that I encountered on a forum from a guy whose Shift+F key stopped working, which I plan to investigate alongside your answers. I don't remember the details, but these are the best leads I've had. I've also tried to repair the suite through the PC settings, but nothing works.
