Bien le bonjour a vous experts d'internet ,
je fais appel a vous pour m'aider a desinfecter mon PC de se fameux virus msn , celui qui envois des liens a vos contacts lorsque vous vous deconnectez , d'ailleurs il vous a decconnecté au préalable avant pour faire passer son message a vos contact.
J'ai lu de nombreux posts sur de nombreux forums , téléchargé des antivirus et anti virus msn , bon il faut dire que ça n'as pas été concluant , peut etre que je n'ai pas bien appliqué la procedure non plus , donc j'aimerai si possible etre conseillée personellement sur la bonne demarche a faire quand a se probleme.
j'ai vu que vous avez aidé pas mal de personnes encore recement et qu'elles ont toutes été satisfaites donc je m'en remet a vous , merci.

Bonjour,
telecharge MSNfix
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/antivirus-antitrojan/fiches/43103.html
puis redemarre ton PC au bip tapote la touche F8 et choisit mode sans echec et lance MSNfix et suit la procedure s'il trouve une infection et poste le rapport
ensuite telecharge hijackthis
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/anti-spyware/fiches/29061.html
choisit do a scan and save the log et poste le rapport -

si ta windows xp , telecharge avas si tu la deja alors suprime msn et reinstal le meme programe ke ta telecharger si sa decone encore c'est parceque dans ton programe internet windows messenger il y a eu un declenchemant virus
simultané a chaque foi ktu te conecte et ke tu te mes en ligne le virus ce met en route.
si ta windows vista il y a ke macAfee ki fonctione corectement alors si ta un autre anti virus ke macAfee c petetre sa le probleme -
bravo tu lui done les 2 antivirus les + nuls... :x

J'ai essayé MSNfix , mais il ne va pas plus loins que le scan , c'est normal ? a moins qu'il faille vraiment attendre longtemps mais pourtant j'ai rien vu defiler.
J'ai vista c'est peu etre pour ça que msnfix ne fonctionne pas ? parce que j'ai vu qu'on pouvais aussi utiliser Combofix , enfin est ce la meme chose ? , besoin d'une petite aide -

refait MSNfix EN MODE SANS ECHEC et laisse le scan se faire suit les instructions et surtout ne fais rien en meme temps
peut tu me dire dans ce fichier C:\Program Files\ AxBx
si tous les fichier qui s'y trouve concerne viruskeeper car en fait tu as norton en antivirus
