Hello,
if you have Vista 32-bit, which printer did you buy to ensure compatibility? I've tried searching online but I don't know all the brands, so it's been tedious research. I'm looking for a very simple printer with good value for money!
Thanks for your advice!

    Hello.
All new printers are compatible with Vista 32-bit. I recommend HP printers, they have a very good quality/price ratio.

Thank you for the advice, but silly question, how can I tell if the printer is a new model? :\

If you buy it in-store, there are no issues. By new model, I mean one that is not older than 2/3 years.

I bought the Lexmark X4650 printer and it is not compatible, even though it is recent. That's why I prefer to ask the question before buying another one (hoping that they will agree to exchange it for me!).

Yes, I just checked and it is compatible with Vista.

On the site, it doesn’t indicate that it is compatible with Vista 32-bit, but does it really make a difference whether it’s Vista or Vista 32-bit (I don’t know anything about this!)

When not specified, it is Vista 32-bit (the so-called classic version). For the 64-bit version, which is rarer, it is specified.

I have no idea about that. Did you follow the instructions to connect the printer?
