Hello, my old HP PSC 1110 printer no longer turns on with the power button, so I replaced it with another one (I still have several identical cartridges 56 and 57) which is an HP PSC 1215. This one powers on and prints as a simple copier, but refuses to print on demand from the computer.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled it without success.
In the control panel, in printers, it is recognized, validated as the default printer, the print attempts remain in memory in the queue of pending documents.
I would like to try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, but I can’t find Vista drivers on the HP site, and would that be the solution?
What can I do?
Thank you for your help

Hello Jean, thank you for your help. I did specify my operating system, namely Vista 32-bit, and I don’t see the drivers corresponding to the PSC 1215. Well, I’m quite a novice and maybe I’m missing a step.
Otherwise, do you think my non-printing problem could come from a failure at the driver level? -

An explanation for you https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/product/hp-psc-1200-all-in-one-printer-series/90763/model/412188/document/c01829642/
Find Devices and Printers in your Start menu, then click on your printer and on Printer Server Properties and in the Driver tab, try removing the driver.
Best regards.
