Est ce que qqun pourrais me renseigenre svp?

Bonjour,
est ce qqun pourrais maider svp...quand je fais un scan avec nod 32..il me dis que 2 files sont infecte ....c:\luxe.exe is infected with a variant of win32/injector.GX trojan et meme chose pour c:\proxy...blablabla et me demande si je veux effacer mais quand jefface apres mon ordi ce met a derailler un peu ....en tout cas jsais pas trop quoi faire ...
jai fais un rapport hijack this ....si je pouvais avoir un conseil plus expert que le mien....merci a lavance
