Shared resources not accessible

Hello
On my WinXP SP2 Home edition PC from 2002, I have:
• set, in My Computer / Properties / Computer Name, the Full computer name (e.g.: Toto) and the Workgroup (e.g.: Family)
• shared two folders
When I go to Network Places / Entire Network / Microsoft Windows Network, I can see Family.
But when I click on Family, I get, after a long wait, an alert box that says:
Family is not accessible. You may not have … even though I should at least see Toto.
My firewall: Zone Alarm; when I turn it off to try without it, the result is still negative.
Naturally, I also cannot access the shared folders of other PCs on the domain.
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
