3G Orange Internet Everywhere Help Me.

Hello,
My 3G key had a bug so I uninstalled the application from my computer.
But now I can't reinstall it when I plug it in, the computer doesn't detect it.
HEEEELP. HELP ME.
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.5

    I've had the key for a month and I've done the same thing as you, but I can't install it anymore, I have Vista.

      Yes, I found a solution
      You need to download "Globe trotter connect." Logically, it should work again; I can't promise you anything,
      because before getting to that, I went to an Orange store and then to Fnac, where they uninstalled thousands of things
      . If your problem persists, I recommend calling the Orange expert customer service. If I had started with that, I would have avoided many unnecessary steps. Anyway, try installing Globe trotter connect

        We had the same problem and after thinking about it, I realized that the program is uninstalled but not the modem, and that was the issue.
        So go to device manager, modem, and remove the modem from the key, Hyundai... generally restart the computer and there you can reinstall.
        But I can tell you that there are issues with this key, MSM intermittently, don't use the cam because everything is pixelated, back in 2009 we should have plenty of free Wi-Fi connections, but well, no need to dream....

        As I am a bit of a night owl and dread contacting hotlines (although Orange is managing), I tried your solution: Globe Trotter, I downloaded the Globe Trotter Connect software, it works perfectly.
        Thank you very much for the tip. I had tried the solution from LAENARDY59: removing the relevant driver, but I couldn't find it for sure.

    I have exactly the same problem.
    My 3G key (iCON 225) has been working perfectly since November 2008. Since yesterday, there is a permanent bug, I uninstall the Internet Everywhere program and now it is impossible to reinstall this program.
    Help too.
