Hello,  My Cahors decoder shows A128 and is stuck, can someone help me? Thank you  Configuration: Windows / Edge 17.17134

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power supply, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
