PS4 NAT Type failure

Hello, so here's the thing: for a month now, when I connect to the Wi-Fi with my PS4, it says NAT type failed. I'm with Proximus using a Bbox 3. If anyone has a solution, I'd appreciate it, thanks.

    The solution is either to put the PS4 in DMZ or to put the box in bridge mode, in order to avoid double NAT.

      The problem is that I went there, they gave me a bbox3 and told me they couldn't do anything for the NAT issue.
