Badoo, my messages are invisible!! Closed

Hello,

I have some questions about the Badoo website, I can't find answers on their site...

I have been a member for 6 years, and a week ago, I wanted to send a message to a friend I know through the site, and she told me via Skype, "she didn't receive anything." The same thing happened with a friend abroad!

I created a second Badoo account, I visited my profile (first account) and I left a message, surprise! I received nothing on the second account!!!! And in the visitor section, I don't see any trace!!!
For a week, I've contacted 70 people on Badoo with no responses! No feedback! My messages are not visible to others, but I don't have this problem with people I have chatted with previously and have an existing conversation history

Can someone explain this to me?

PS: I often use a VPN or proxy connection.... with or without it, I always have this problem

Has anyone here ever had this kind of problem? The photos on this site have all disappeared! no solutions after three years, all of a sudden my messages are no longer read... it's like talking into a void... what’s reassuring is that I’m not the only one... is this really a malfunction? ... is it possible that randomly, IP addresses become undesirable on their system? ... anyway, it's a shame but I've deleted my profile, which is no longer of any use.

Good evening, I find myself in the same situation; I can no longer receive the messages that are sent to me.

I had been on Badoo for 3 years with this account, I asked customer support for explanations, and all they keep repeating is that the charter has not been respected. I asked them for proof and received no further response, apart from being told that it was irrevocable, lol.

In 3 years, I had established contacts and was chatting with quite a few people, and with one click, they deleted everything.

Anyway, feeling disgusted, I thought I’d create a new account, never mind, and then I realized that they prevent me from receiving messages.
I’ve tried everything:
- creating a new email address
- using someone else's phone number instead of mine
- making an account without putting my pictures to test

Anyway, at best, they allow me 10 minutes where I can send and receive messages; at worst, I can't receive any right away.

If anyone has had the same issue and managed to bypass the problem, please help me.

I was thinking of creating an account with an IP different from mine, but once created, if it works, I wonder if once I’m at home (with my IP), it won't be caught.
