Peux tu accéder en mode sans échec à ton bureau.

je viens de lancé le scan non sans mal ^^
je peux sauvé mon pc ou il est foutus ??

As tu ouvert ton pc en mode sans échec avec prise en charge réseau?

Si oui fait ceci afin de voir qu'est qu'il y a dans ton pc :

==> Télécharge ZHPDiag (de Nicolas Coolman)

ou :ZHPDiag

==> Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

Une fois le téléchargement achevé,

==> Lance ZHPDiag.exe et clique sur suivant pour lancer l'installation dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre.

==> Clique sur le tournevis en haut à droite (option) puis cocher toutes les cases des options.

==> Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

A la fin de l'analyse,

==> Clique sur l'appareil photo et enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.

Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien :

==> Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ZHPDiag.txt

==> Clique sur Ouvrir.

==> Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

Déjà tu as 2 antivirus sur ton pc norton et bitedefender lequel tu utilise vraiment?

Ensuite, on va faire un peu de ménage dans ton ordi :

* Lance ZHPFix (soit via le raccourci sur ton Bureau, soit via ZHPDiag)
* Clique sur l'icone représentant la lettre H (« coller les lignes Helper »)
* Copie/colle les lignes suivantes et place les dans ZHPFix :

* Copie/colle la totalité du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

L'anti-virus Norton été incorporé au pc, je n'ai pas acheté la licence à sa date d'expiration, il est trop chére ^^. mais j'ai pas réussis à le supprimé :(

donc j'ai du téléchargé Bit Defender ^^
(voila pourquoi je me retrouve avec 2 anti-virus)

moi je propose un petit malwarebyt's en mod sans echeque.

un chkdsk ?! pour voir si c'est pas ton disque dur qui est en trin de lacher :s

-tu fait invite de comande (F8 au demarage)
-tu tape chkdsk normalement il va te demander de confirmer en tapen O
-l'analyse se lance et il va te dir a la fin si il a detecter des erreur... si té pas sur
tape chkdsk /f et il va tenter de reparer certaine erreur

ok ok donc tu peu axeder a ton bureau ? enfn se que tu pouré fair si oui c'est aller dans demarer pui dans le bar de recherche tu tape ex et tu lance executer
ensuite tu fait la meme manip que je tes dit c'est a dir

-chkdsk il va te dir a la fin si y a des erreur

et si oui

-chkdsk /f

ok ba fait se que je té dit en mode sans echeque normalement sa répare les erreur du disque dur

oké j'ai lancé une analyse avec malwarebyte, j'attend qu'il fini ^^

l'analyse vient de se terminé et y'a rien (j'ai tous supprimé) .

je n'ai téléchargé aucun logiciel à part Ccleaner et Malwarebyte, mais je les ai installé il y a quelques jours.

Qui fait que des Bettyses :-))

profite sen pour fair du tri dans tes programme qui ne te serve plus. sa coute rien :) tien moi au couran avec ccleaner et si sa fonctionne pas, tu
le CD d'istalation de vista ?

par contre j'ai pas trouvé " outil système " après avoir été dans demarrer.

oui c'est sa

demaré/tout les programme/ accesoire/outil system / restauration du system et tu le fait a une date asser loin

j'ai accés au bureau mais certaine touche de mon clavier ne fonctionne toujours pas :( sniff sniff

mais il est lent ton pc ? ou c'est just les touche qui marche pu ?

sinon regarde dans té pilote tu fait la touche windows et la touche pause en meme temp en haut a droite de ton clavier sa touvre une page d'information et tu clique sur gestion de periferique et tu regarde si tout est bien installer

j'ai vérifié mes périphériques (c'est la premiére fois que j'y accéde mdrrr)

y'a un point d'exclamation sur la carte résaux realtek :(

c'est quelle est pas a jour mais bon sa c'est ton reseau a la limite sa auré ete mieu que sa soi just ton pilote du clavier :s

psk il beug beaucoup sa pouré etre ton controleur clavier qui est peu etre mort et sa veut dir Pc HS :( je pense que vue ton probleme sa seré mieu de lemener a un sav sa pouré te couter entre 30 et 50 euro si ton pc vau le coup si c'est un vieu coucou sa sere a rien

donc recapitulon avec tout se que tu a fait:

ton pc est len mais tu accede quand meme a ton bureau en mode normal, ton clavier bug (il freez ou les touche son inverser il fait nimporte quoi tapui sur M et il te ferme ta sesion ...?)

d'ecrit moi ton probleme est se qui a changer avec les manip que tu a faite
