c'est quoi au juste OTPLE ?? le rapport va me dire d'ou vient le problème sur le faite que mon clavier ne fonctionne pas ??

Salut alhuno,

j'ai fais la manip " sfc/scannow " après l'analyse il me dit qu'il y a trouvé des fichiers endommagés et qu'il n'a pas réussis à tous les réparés :(

tu n'aurais pas une autre méthode car OTPLE c'est trop compliqué pour moi :(

IL va maintenant s'agir de nettoyer ton système. Fais tourner ton antivirus en scan complet de tes disques à partir du mode sans échec, tu dois avoir choppé un truc louche.

oui tu peux sauver ton pc

As tu ouvert ton pc en mode sans échec avec prise en charge réseau?

Si oui fait ceci afin de voir qu'est qu'il y a dans ton pc :

==> Télécharge ZHPDiag (de Nicolas Coolman)

ou :ZHPDiag

==> Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

Une fois le téléchargement achevé,

==> Lance ZHPDiag.exe et clique sur suivant pour lancer l'installation dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre.

==> Clique sur le tournevis en haut à droite (option) puis cocher toutes les cases des options.

==> Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

A la fin de l'analyse,

==> Clique sur l'appareil photo et enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.

Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien :

==> Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ZHPDiag.txt

==> Clique sur Ouvrir.

==> Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

est ajouté dans la page.

Déjà tu as 2 antivirus sur ton pc norton et bitedefender lequel tu utilise vraiment?

Ensuite, on va faire un peu de ménage dans ton ordi :

* Lance ZHPFix (soit via le raccourci sur ton Bureau, soit via ZHPDiag)
* Clique sur l'icone représentant la lettre H (« coller les lignes Helper »)
* Copie/colle les lignes suivantes et place les dans ZHPFix :

L'anti-virus Norton été incorporé au pc, je n'ai pas acheté la licence à sa date d'expiration, il est trop chére ^^. mais j'ai pas réussis à le supprimé :(

donc j'ai du téléchargé Bit Defender ^^
(voila pourquoi je me retrouve avec 2 anti-virus)

Qui fait que des Bettyses :-))

moi je propose un petit malwarebyt's en mod sans echeque.

Ou

un chkdsk ?! pour voir si c'est pas ton disque dur qui est en trin de lacher :s

-tu fait invite de comande (F8 au demarage)
-tu tape chkdsk normalement il va te demander de confirmer en tapen O
-l'analyse se lance et il va te dir a la fin si il a detecter des erreur... si té pas sur
tape chkdsk /f et il va tenter de reparer certaine erreur

faut tapoter au demarage et noramlement il va taficher le menu demarer en mod sans echaque et tout ou sinon quand quand il charge windows tu coupe ton pc a la "rache" tu reste apuyer sur le bouton dalumage et tu le ralume et normalement il va te dir que il ces mal couper et va te proposer le meme menu...

ok ok donc tu peu axeder a ton bureau ? enfn se que tu pouré fair si oui c'est aller dans demarer pui dans le bar de recherche tu tape ex et tu lance executer
ensuite tu fait la meme manip que je tes dit c'est a dir

c'est vraiment bisare.

en mode sans echeque avec prise en charge reseau essye de telecharger ce logiciel:
-malwarebyt's se n'est pas un anti virus mais sa peut tenlever des logiciel mal veillant certain trojan ou meme des virus qui peuvent blocker ton pc

ou sinon

-Ccleaner tu va dans registre et tu fait chercher les erreur et pui tu fait coriger les erreur il va te demander d'enregistré normalenent quand tu va fair réparé mais tu click sur non et apret une autre fenetre s'ouvre et tu fait reperé toute les erreur

sinon tu va dans démaré outil system et tu fait poin de restauration et tu va dans une date anterieur a ton probleme.

si sa ne marche toujours pas et que tu est vraiment totalement desesperé
procure toi le cd de vista et soi tu recupére toute tes donnée et tu le refé ton pc completement

oki noublie pas une foi fini faut que tu les suprime de la quarantaine

une foi lanalyse fini tu regarde un peu les virus ou il se trouve, par exemple un logiciel que taver instaler que tu coyer inofansive de plus le reinstaler exemple de logiel souvan instaler qui est un gros virus:

-Eorezo

a la fin de l'analyse tu fait aficher les resultat et tout suprimer :)

l'analyse vient de se terminé et y'a rien (j'ai tous supprimé) .

je n'ai téléchargé aucun logiciel à part Ccleaner et Malwarebyte, mais je les ai installé il y a quelques jours.

Qui fait que des Bettyses :-))

si peut etre que une foi le ccleaner fini et que sa fonction toujours pas essyer la restoration system sa te remé ton pc a la date ou ta fait des changement dessu (logiciel installer) et fait le plus loing possible sinon si apret tout sa y a rien de positive il faudré carément reinstaller ton vista avec un CD d'instalation si ta le moyen de ten procuré un ;) enfin si tu a la liscence oficiel :)
