Bonjour,
suite à une mauvaise manipulation, j'ai installé sans le savoir PERSONAL SECURITY. j'essaie de le supprimer de mon ordi, mais je n'y arrive pas car le logiciel me force à l'acheter. lorsque j'ouvre internet, ce même logiciel le bloque en me disant que je suis infecté et que je dois payer le logiciel pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre. Que dois-je faire parce que depuis avant-hier, j'essaie de trouver une solution à celà mais je n'y arrive pas

Télécharge MalwareBytes
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
Installe-le, mets le à jour
lance le scan court
ne supprime rien poste le rapport

j'ai deja telecharge malwarebites mais chose bizarre lorsque l'interface affiche, ca repart aussitot et je ne peux plus l'ouvrir

ne te sauve pas comme cela
il reste pas mal de cochonneries sur ton PC
ceci a été intentionnellement rédigé pour CET utilisateur.
si vous n'êtes pas CET utilisateur, NE PAS appliquer ces directives : elles pourraient endommager votre système.
Rappel : une fois que ComboFix est lancé, il ne faut pas cliquer dans la fenêtre de ComboFix car cela pourrait entraîner un plantage du programme.
Il est recommandé de laisser l'outil analyser et nettoyer le PC sans utiliser quoi que ce soit d'autre...

Copie le texte sélectionné (CTRL+C).
Ouvre le Bloc-notes (Démarrer/Tous les programmes/Accessoires/Bloc-notes).
Colle le texte copié dans ce Bloc-notes (CTRL+V).
Sauvegarde ce fichier sur ton Bureau sous le nom de CFScript.txt (CFScript)

Comme l'image le montre, fait glisser CFScript.txt sur ComboFix.exe(ComboFix)
Une fenêtre à fond bleu va s'ouvrir: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.
Laisse ComboFix travailler
Patiente le temps de l'analyse. Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
Ne touche à rien tant que le nettoyage n'est pas terminé.
Un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.
Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, tu le trouves ici, à la racine de ton Système, en principe : C:\ComboFix.txt (C:\ComboFix)

Tu vois qu'il y avait encore du monde!
on termine
tu tapes sur démarrer
tu cliques sur exécuter
tu copies colles cette ligne dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre
combofix /uninstall
cela va supprimer combofix qu'il ne faut pas conserver sur ton Pc, il est d'ores et déjà obsolète car mis à jour constamment
ensuite tu fais ceci
Télécharge ToolsCleaner (de A.Rothstein) sur ton Bureau.
http://pc-system.fr/
Clique sur Recherche et laisse le Scan se terminer.
Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
Poste-moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

vide la quarantaine de malwarebytes
recherche et supprime si encore présent
c;\Qoobox

ceci est un texte générique pour tous utilisateurs
pour ta sécurité et afin de ne plus être aussi gravement infecté

En plus des mises à jour Microsoft, il est fortement recommandé d'avoir tous ses logiciels de sécurité à jour, afin d'éviter les failles par lesquelles s'engouffrent les infections.
Le site Secunia est un excellent moyen de le vérifier :

tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

Vérifications des erreurs

réparer automatiquement les erreurs...
rechercher et tenter une récupération...

la vérification se fera au redémarrage de ton PC et va durer un certain temps, c'est normal et attendu

ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis
Défragmentation
"défragmenter maintenant", OK
une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter, et tu cliques sur "analyser", puis après l'analyse, "défragmenter». OK
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

La protection de ton Pc

La sécurité c'est très important mais ne remplace pas l'internaute, un surf prudent en évitant le crack, les sites "chauds", permet déjà d'éviter bien des soucis, le P2P lui aussi est source d'infections...
N'oublie pas que la meilleure protection se tient entre le clavier et l'écran...
Outre la parfaite mise à jour du système d'exploitation,
Désormais, pour surfer tranquillement et sans soucis sur "le Net", il faut se protéger au maximum!

1. en résident : Il est résident sur ton PC, c'est à dire qu'il fonctionne dès la mise en route de ton Système.
/- un bon antivirus, gratuit ou payant, mis régulièrement à jour, qui te protège en temps réel!
/- un pare feu autre que celui fourni par Windows, comme Zone Alarm ou Online Armor qui te protège aussi en temps réel!
2. pour Scanner régulièrement ton PC
/- un anti trojan efficace. Je te conseille MalwareByte

3. un logiciel comme Spyware Blaster qui empêche l'installation d'ActiveX nuisibles.
Il faut régulièrement le mettre à jour pour inscrire les ActiveX dangereux dans sa base de données, et ainsi être protégé contre eux, puisque son rôle est d'empêcher leur installation.

4. un bon navigateur tel Firefox ou Opera pour remplacer IE, que tu ne conserves que pour effectuer les mises à jour de Windows!

fais tout ce qui est indiqué ensuite, restauration nettoyage défragmentation après cela tu essaies à nouveau d'installer IE8

si tu n'y arrives toujours pas
tente ceci
démarrer
exécuter
copie colles
sfc /scannow
il te sera vraisemblablement demandé le cd de windows, suis les invites
essaie à nouveau l'installation

si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, télécharge IE8 sur windows update
redémarre en mode sans échec
1) Redémarre ton ordi
2) Tapote la touche F8 immédiatement, (F5 sur certains PC) juste après le "Bip"
3) Tu verras un écran avec options de démarrage apparaître
4) Choisis la première option : Sans Échec, et valide avec "Entrée"
5) Choisis ton compte habituel, et non Administrateur
installe le en mode sans échec
dis moi si cela a fonctionné

  Bonjour mon pc est infesté par "personal security" mais aucun des fichiers .dll ou.exe mentionnés dans votre texte n'est présent. Y a-t-il des variantes avec d'autres noms de fichiers?
