Bonjour,

Je suis sur XP1 avec un antivirus Avast

J'ai depuis quelques jours un virus dont je n'arrive pas à me débarasser.

Le système me signale qu'il a détecté une anomalie sérieuse et Avast

me dit que le fichier C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\fccf3112.sys est infecté.

Quelqu'un peut il me donner la solution ?

N.B j'ai essayé de restaurer à une date antérieure, pas réussi.

    Pour savoir la "puissance" de ton PC, fais ceci :

    PS : Supprime ton adresse mail si elle apparaît dans le rapport.

        * Télécharge SDFix (par Andy Manchesta) et sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau.

        * Double-clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans son dossier sur le bureau.
        * Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec :
        https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows-mode-sans-echec/
        * Choisis ton compte.

        Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
        * Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le bureau et double-clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
        * Appuie sur Y pour commencer le nettoyage.
        * Quand il te le demandera, appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
        * Ton système sera plus long à redémarrer car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
        * Après le chargement du bureau, l'outil aura terminé et affichera Finished.
        * Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton bureau.
        * Le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira et il sera enregistré dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
        * Enfin, copie/colle le rapport du fichier Report.txt.

          Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

          ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

          Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
          Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
          C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

            telecharge cela:util pour voir ce que peut etre l infection et agir ensuite.

            installe le normallement comme tout autre programme dans c/programme/...............
            clique sur do a scan and save a logfile, tu obtiens un rapport que tu colles.
            parfois alerte comme quoi, sans la fonction administrateur le rapport ne peut pas etre complet .
            a ce moment relance hijack avec un clique droit sur le raccourci et executer en tant qu administrateur.
