Bonjour,
Depuis quelques jours avast n'effectue plus les mises à jour car connexion serveur impossible... De plus depuis mon moteur de recherche, (peu importe lequel, avec tous c'est pareil) la connexion automatique aux sites que je selectionne, ne fonctionne pas, il se dirige sur n'importe quel site en passant par des tas d'adresses différentes!!! Je ne peux pas télécharger spybot car connexion serveur impossible, enfin bref, c'est du délire, je n'y comprends rien, merci de m'aider...

    1- Télécharges : - CCleaner
    https://www.pcastuces.com/logitheque/ccleaner.htm
    Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires et de corrigé ton registre .Lors de l'installation, avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires" sauf les 2 première.
    Une fois le prg instalé et lancé, Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures"( Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout ).

    ---> Utilisation:
    ! déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours !
    * vas dans "nettoyeur" : fait analyse puis nettoyage
    * vas dans "registre" : fait chercher les erreurs et réparer ( plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y est plus d'erreur ) .

    ( CCleaner : soft à garder sur son PC , super utile pour de bons nettoyages ... )

      1/ # Télécharge RavAntivirus d'Evosla :
      http://ww25.evosla.com/compteur.php?soft=rav_antivirus

      # Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branche-les sans les ouvrir avant de lancer ce FIX
      # Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau
      # Doucle-clique sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil.
      # Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)
      # Si infection > un log s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .
      # Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarrez votre ordinateur.
      # Poste le rapport, si infection!

      2/ Télécharge sur le bureau Flash Disinfector (de SUBS) à cette adresse : http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/Flash_Disinfec­tor.exe

      Double-clique sur l’icône.
      Les icônes vont disparaître. C’est normal.
      Si un rapport est généré en cas d'infection, sauvegarde-le sur le bureau, et poste le ensuite
      Redémarre ensuite le PC.

      télécharges SmitfraudFix (de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31 ) :

      Déconnecte-toi, ferme toute tes applications et désactive tes défenses ( anti-virus, anti-spyware,...) le temps de la manip !!

      Installe le soft à la racine de C:\ ( et pas ailleurs! --->"C\:SmitfraudFix.exe" ) .

      Utilisation ---> option 1 / Recherche :
      Double clique sur l'icône "Smitfraudfix.exe" et sélectionne 1 (et pas sur autre chose sans notre accord !) pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

      Poste le rapport ( "rapport.txt" qui se trouve sous C\: ) et attends la suite .

      (Attention : process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité.)

        Alors, en ce qui concerne RavAntivirus d'Evosla, pas de soucis, ordinateur sain, pas de log...
        Pour Flash Disinfector pas pu le télécharger car le lien que tu as mis dans ton message n'est pas complet... ???

      pourtant il sont dans ton rapport de RSIT alors je ne comprend plus

        Ecoute, tout fonctionne correctement, le problème était que je ne pouvais plus me connecter à certains serveur... Toutes les démarches effectuées depuis deux jours ont eues pour effet de supprimer prés d'une trentaine d'infections!!! Je peux à présent me connecter comme avant à tous les serveurs, le mode sans echec fonctionne à nouveau, et j'ai retrouvé dans le panneau de configuration le paramétrage de l'écran de veille (chose qui avait disparu de l'ordinateur)... J'ai refait tourné mbam en mode sans echec pour un scan complet et plus rien ne semble infecter mon pc...
        Je ne peux donc que me réjouir de tout ça et renouveler mes remerciements à ton égard!!! SHION-ARES champion du monde!!!!!

        Je te l'ai dis, les autres fichiers je ne les trouve pas, ils n'y sont pas... Je vais regarder à nouveau, mais je ne les ai pas trouvés tout à l'heure....

        Je suis vraiment désolé de ne pas comprendre ou faire ce que tu me demandes, mais je ne vois pas comment coller les lignes de fichiers que tu m'as indiquées dans la zone de recherche de virustotal...
        Virustotal me demande d'aller chercher un fichier à lui envoyer par le biais de la fenêtre "parcourir"... Donc partant de là, comment aller chercher ces lignes de fichiers que tu veux que je fasse analyser?

      Sinon, pour info, le mode sans echec fonctionne à présent, j'en ai profité pour faire une nouvelle analyse complète mbam en mode sans echec (j'ai le rapport si tu veux) ainsi qu'un hijackthis en mode sans echec également...

        Cliques sur Send File.

        Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

        Attends bien la fin ... Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

        Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

        Copies le dans ta prochaine réponse ...

        ( Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, clique sur le bouton Ré-analyse le fichier maintenant )

        ---> postes moi donc le rapport ( en précisant bien au début de chacuns à quel fichier ils correspondent ) et attends la suite
        ou sinon copie les liens et poste les stp...

        random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

        Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

        Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

        Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

        Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

        Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
        ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

        NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Je l'ai trouvé dans un dossier "combofix" qui a été créé dans C: mais je n'ai aucun autre rapport quand j'ai fait tourner combofix, à un moment il m'a dit que le compte rendu était en train de se faire, puis aprés un petit moment," [color] était inattendu " Puis la fenêtre combofix a disparu, et comme je te dis j'ai été cherché ce "rapport" incomplet dans un dossier "combofix" créé dans c: au milieu de tout un tas de trucs...

            va dans quarantaine et supprime il y a aucune action de faite

            et pour combofix tu le lance et tu me pose le rapport ensuite

              BONJOUR.
              Oui, sur le rapport de mbam, aucunes actions de faite car sauvegardé avant la suppression des éléments, mais tout a été supprimé ensuite, et depuis je peux me connecter a nouveau aux serveurs dont je n'avais plus l'accés...
              J'ai d'ailleurs pu télécharger combofix par un des liens que tu m'avais envoyé. Je le fais tourner et j'envoie le rapport.
