security system Résolu

Question

Bonjour,

Hier soir j'ai télécharger un logiciel, aprés le téléchargement j'ai vérifier que ce n'était pas un virus avec avast et tout allez bien, j'ai fait un double clique sur le logiciel et sa ma mis un méssage d'érreur.

Je me suis donc demander si ce n'était pas un mouchard ou un trucs du jore, j'ai mis en marche spybot et SuperAntiSpyware.

j'ai tout éffacer et j'ai refet deux fois la recherche de spyware et maintenant je reçois un méssage qui vient de "Security System" et je ne sait pas sait quoi et sa me dit de télécharger Pc-antispyware.

J'ai aussi deux page internet que ce sont ouverte avec sa:

Je n'est pas cliquer sur les liens car je ne m'y connait pas et j'ai pas envie d'infecter mon ordinateur.

télécharge smitfraudfix: smitfraudfix

# Double clique sur l'icone de smitfraud pui choisis l'option 1 et poste le rapport.



Télécharge sur le bureau hijackthis


Fait un clic droit sur l'icone hijackthis.


/!\Renome hijackthis en skim.exe ( a le place de hijacktihs.exe) c'est important!!/!\

*Après avoir fais ca double-clic dessus.

*Clic sur Do a system scan and save the log

*A la fin de l'analyse un rapport va etre générer colle le ici.

Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec
Ouvre le dossier SmitfraudFix
Double clic sur Smitfraud.cm choisis l'option 2 et Entrée
Réponds O aux deux questions suivantes:
-Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ?
-Corriger le fichier infecté ?
Un rapport.txt sera généré et tu le postes pour contrôle.

je fait ce que tu me dit, au début j'ai mal lut et j'ai voulus le faire avec avast mais j'ai un problème avec je crois.

J'ai éssayer de le désinstaller mais pas moyen de l'enlever, sa me dit que le fichier est protéger ou un trucs du jore, j'ai éssayer avec ajout/supression de logiciel de windows mais sa ne marche pas, rien ce passe.

Je te dit ce que sa donne pour les fichiers! sa prend du temps.

quand je parler du fichier protéger je parler de avast que je pouvez pas suprimmer.

J'éssaye d'envoyer les fichier mais sa charge j'attend. pour le moment j'ai pas de soucis... peut être que c'est bon :p

Télécharge Navilog

-Choisis Enregistrer et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.


- Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

-Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)
Patiente jusqu'au message " Analyse Termine le ....."

-Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie/colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse. Referme le blocnote.

* Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier dénommé "clean ".

* Ouvre le dossier « clean » qui se trouve sur ton bureau.
* Double-clic sur « clean.cmd ».

analyse ces fichiers sur virus total et dit moi si tu es infécter(un à un) il y aura peut etre un rapport pour les fichiers .

Télécharge Combofix de sUBs : Renomme le avant toute installation, par exemple, nomme le "KillBagle". aide ici : https://forum.pcastuces.com/sujet.asp?f=25&s=37315

Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

Aide à l’utilisation de combofix ici: https://bibou0007.forumpro.fr/login?redirect=%2Ft121-topic

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

Non j'avais avast mais il ne marcher pus trés bien je crois, je vient de télécharger zonealarm et il ma déja trouver 8 virus.

en pare feu j'utiliser celui de windows xp par défaut!

tout les autre il me disé rien!

j'ai un gros problème :s, je vient d'utilisé AntiVir et sur la première détéction j'ai dit de le suprimmer par mesgarde, et j'ai mis tout le reste en quarantaine. maintenant j'ai un méssage d'érreur sa me marque sa:

L'ordinal 55 est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaisons dynamique VSDATA.dll.

Non sa règle pas mon problème :/

en faite j'ai lancer l'antivirus "AntiVir" et au deux premier intrus détécter j'ai mis suprimmer.... et j'ai du suprimmer quelque chose qu'il ne fallait pas car maintenant je reoit un méssage d'érreur.

Ben je sait pas pourquoi mais mon pc a redémarrer et remarche nickel :p

Donc je vous remercie, j'utilise: Super antispyware et a chaque fois que je l'utilise je fait une sauvegarde avant de supprimer quelque chose avec ce logiciel la... j'ai donc double cliquer sur la sauvegarde et sa a redémarrer mon pc et la j'ai pus de message d'erreur.

je vais faire tourner zone alarm, spybot, Super antispyware et antivir pour voir si il y aurais pas un intrus.
