Hello,
I have a 4TB WD external hard drive with USB 3.0 and suddenly the PS4 shows me an error message. I then went into the settings and I can't format the HDD as extended storage even though it has always worked and meets the required criteria. I don't understand, can you help me?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 81.0.4044.111

    Hello, I have the problem again as the PS4 recognizes the HDD but I can't format it as extended storage and it works perfectly on PC, it has a 3.0 connection and a 4TB storage.
