Analyse loghijackthis

bonjour a tous,

depuis environ 1 semaines je ne peus plus ouvrir les pages internet ou je me log exemple messagerie de monb FAI, messagerie hot mail, site de chat, et je ne peus plus imprimer de page via internet mappy, relevé bancaire...

J'ai fais une analyse hijackthis que j'ai fait analiser en ligne et il ma trouver 2 élements dangereux, est ce que quelqu'un pourrait avoir la gentillesse de m'aider svp merci d'avance a vous
Je précise que je peus me connecter a tout ces site en me logant depuis un autre PC
Configuration: Windows XP

    Bonsoir,
    je n'ai pas encore fermer mon post car je n'ai pas encore entamé la procédure complète par manque de temps, je m'en occuperais ce week end.
    Par contre j'ai une petite question, je voulais savoir si il fallait apliquer la procédure sur chaque compte utilisateur car j'ai un compte pour ma femme et un compte pour moi qui sont tous les 2 administrateur, merci d'avance pour vos réponse

      je m'excuse de faire remonter mon post, mais le pb c'est que je n'ai que entre 12 et 14h pour essayer de me faire aider, si quelqu'un peut répondre a ma question merci beaucoups

        reje trouve bien le fichier et le met a analyser mais le pb c'est que l'analyse ne démarre pas, comment puije faire?

          Analyse le avec ceci :

          http://www.virustotal.com/en/virustotalx.html

          clique sur « parcourir » va rechercher le fichier en question et ensuite clique sur « send ».

          Copie colle moi le rapport généré.

          Pour Winload pas la peine il est légitime.

            je trouve manuellement le fichier winload32 mais il n'y a pas d'extention .exe derriere est ce que je le supprime?
            il y a un fichier winload aussi qu'est ce que je doit faire merci

              Salut

              clic sur démarrer, rechercher, cherche et supprime :

              - Winload32.exe

              **Si un fichier persiste lors de la suppression fait ceci:
              -Redémarre ton PC. Dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche F8 (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas), à l'écran qui va apparaître choisit "mode sans echec" attends un peu.. puis va supprimer les fichiers/dossiers, vide ta corbeille et redémarre ton PC normalement

                re et merci pour ta réponce mais lorsque je veux faire oune recherche il apparait une page blanche il faut que je le cherche manuellement, a quelle endroit pet il ce trouver
