Redirection, pubs ...Trojan ?

Bonjour,

Je m'en remet à vos services car je suis un peu désespérée depuis ce matin ...

J'ai la connexion internet depuis hier midi, et mon frère à directement téléchargé << Trackmania >>, un
jeu qui nous avait déjà causé des ennuis sur un précédent ordinateur..

1°) Quand j'ai voulu allumer le pc ce matin, il n'a pas réagis. Après 8 tentatives, le mode sans échec s'est mis en marche
C'est alors que quand je vais sur internet, sur google plus précisément, une nouvelle page s'ouvre et m'affiche des pubs de jeux en tout genre et en ligne ( alors que normalement les nouvelles applications son dans des onglets ) .. Serait-ce à cause de trackmania ?

2°) Cela fait 5h que j'essaye d'accéder à votre site, car je suis tout le temps renvoyée sur bediddle ou sur des sites X !
Ou alors il me marque ' impossible d'acceder au site '

COMMENT FAIRE ?! S'il vous plait, je ne sais plus quoi faire !

    heu!! vu le nombre de malwares présent sur le pc...tes vachement infecté...

      On a racheter le pc a un copain, et il ne l'avait pas protégé
      Mais tu pense qu'on peut rattraper ça ?*

    y a bien mieux que la daube avast

    pour installer Antivir en français

    le tuto

    pourrais-tu poster un nouveau rapport Hijack stp

    Bonjour

    J'ai déjà désinstaller trackmania, J'avais installé un anti virus mais il me bloquait internet, alors j'ai tout viré, j'ai fais des scans ccleaner, j'ai XoftSpySE ( je ne sais pas ce que c'est, il était dans le pc .. )

    Heuuu je n'arrive pas a copier coller le rapport =S )

    Voilà alors sur Ccleaner j'ai analysé et nettoyé dans l'onglet ' nettoyeur '
    Puis dans l'onglet ' registre ' j'ai analyser puis réparé les erreurs

      Merci beaucoup, mais il y a quand même de nouvelles fenêtres qui s'ouvrent avec des jeus en ligne, cela dit, il n'y a plus d'autres pubs !

      Sinon, pensez-vous que le problème est en parti réglé ?
      Pouvez-vous me conseiller un antivirus gratuit fiable ?
