How to remove the lock on my TV.

Hello everyone,

I don't know if I'm on the right post, but I'm trying anyway...
So, I managed to get a Thomson 32wm 100 but without its remote control.
I bought one according to the references above, but nothing works!
Currently, I'm using the Freebox to watch TV.
Problem: Free is frequently intervening on the server at the moment and watching TV is quickly becoming tedious. I would like to be able to watch it without going through Free, either in a traditional way (the simplest possible: a power cord and a TV antenna plug).
Another problem, not having the remote control, I couldn't sync the channels.
Indeed, while trying to solve the remote control issue, I managed to enter the TV menu by forcing the "menu" button which is on the front when starting the TV.
Anyway, while fiddling in the menu I activated this damn Kid pass button.
As a result, as soon as I touch the front buttons, a small padlock appears and prevents any manipulation, not funny at all!
If a kind soul understands our problem and has THE SOLUTION (especially the solution), my little family and I would be truly grateful.
Thanks for any help and information that might assist us.

bye bye

Good evening, I think we need to go back through the TV menu and disable the parental control, I don't see any other way, sorry.

Hello,

thanks morticia13 for responding but I tried going back through the menu while holding the button at startup...
but it didn't work, I still have the lock... big hassle because I don't feel like taking it to a repair shop (given the weight of the TV) for a crappy fix...
What can I do? Maybe you know another forum specialized in TVs?
Thanks.
We are counting on... you!!!!!!!!!!!!
