GTA 4 bowling?

Solved

Hello,

Apart from a bad key configuration, I don’t see why I can’t play bowling in GTA 4... I’m playing with a keyboard and mouse... But when I go to the bowling alley, it says “with one smooth motion, pull back then push forward [mouse]...” but I can’t do it... if someone knows how to do it. =)

Best regards...
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Hey guys, I tested by doing anything, and the ball went anywhere, which is already an improvement compared to usual where the ball only goes straight.
In fact, if you noticed in the game, the translation is not always top-notch, so be careful with the explanatory terms...
Actually, "diverting" the mouse could have been translated as "turning" the mouse, so you need to click, go forward, then backward while turning the mouse one way or the other, just like you would in the real game... diverting its trajectory is pointless.

Enjoy

I think my leg is too short, sniff I won't be able to play bowling =) but if I run into a programmer, they'll know how to call me.

Hello,
Otherwise, there is also a patch to download that improves mouse accuracy in bowling:
http://www.clubic.com/patch-jeux-video-12504-0-grand-theft-auto-iv.html
I hope this helps you.

Well, I still haven't found it... If you know, don't hesitate to let me know...
I'm going to try tonight to connect a PC controller with Xpadder; we'll see if I can do it and if I can play that damn bowling.

I tried everything with all the keys on the keyboard; I turned the mouse sensitivity all the way up, and nothing happens (the girl has time to wait since I spent 3 days on this (game days ^^)

I tried all the materials I have at home (wood, iron, mouse pad ... ) nothing happens, finally, once when I pulled my mouse all the way into the void, the ball went off on its own, but I don't know how

so basically no news

Ahhh, so it's a lead to explore... you say you managed to launch it so... :)

Is this good news for me?!
It means your setup is already good... In terms of the keys... because my ball never went away...

There might simply be a bug in the game, in any case, I won't give up... I WANT TO PLAY BOWLING ^^

Yes, but the problem is that it went into the gutter (no, that's not it) the problem is that I managed to send it but only once and I don't know how because my mouse was in the air and I just pulled violently on the wire so it's weird that it went away but thinking about it, I have trouble playing pool and it's the same technique; my white ball doesn't go fast (you can try it too, it should do the same) and I think that if we find a technique to send the white ball in pool fast enough we can reproduce the same thing for bowling (because they ask to do the same thing) well that's just my opinion

Otherwise, this afternoon's test was inconclusive, the ball doesn't go.

I installed Xpadder to play with a gamepad... I tested it similarly with the joystick (as a mouse) and it does nothing... I asked people who play this on the net... on PC and they succeed... I asked them how they do it and they described the manipulations you have to do... so I don’t know if it comes from us or the game... I’ll keep you updated if I have news... I asked someone to make me a detailed tutorial step by step! See you later!
