Bonjour,
J'ai contracté le virus Trojan je ne sais pas comment m'en débarrasser, mon ordi est ralentis et beug souvent, c'est embêtant. J'ai Norton comme antivirus. Voici les résultats d'analyse:

bonjour pour commencer telecharge malwarebyte s antimalware
instal le sur le bureau
fait les mises a jour
redemare ton ordi en mode sans echec touche f8 au demarage tapote le touche plusieurs fois jusqu a un ecran apparaisse et propose les mode de demarage
choisi mode sans echec
l affichage n est pas le meme c normal
lance malwarebyte
fait un scan complet
a la fin du scan clic sur ok puis afficher les resultats
clic sur tout supprimer
redemare en mode normal
je te conseil de telecharger antivir qui est gratuit et tres efficace comme antivirus bien mieux que norton
tu peux aussi telechatger spybot search and destroy
fait tout ca et tien moi au courant

Voilà ça ne parle pas de Trojan, pensez-vous que le problème et quand même résolu?
D'autre part j'ai téléchargé Spybot et Eset un bon anti-virus parait-il. Vous me conseilleriez de faire un scan tous les combien?

tous depend de la frequence sur la quel vous allez sur internet mais une fois par semaine c bien
pour l antivirus je conseil toujours antivir mais chacun fait comme il veut
maintenant il faut reouvrir malware byte et vider la quarantaine qui ce trouve dans "administration"
refaire un scan de verif et scan avec le nouvel antivirus

j'interviens dans la discussion, car Missnais est ma fille! a l'achat du portable Norton était préinstallé, et passé la période d'essai il ne se mettait plus à jour et comme je n'aime pas Norton je l'ai désisntallé et ai installé Eset (nod32) comme antivirus avant son départ. Donc c'est assez curieux que Eset (s'il est bien mis à jour..n'est ce pas missnais? ne détecte pas le trojan "zlob" et que Norton qui pourtant a été désinstallé, sévit tjs et en plus se permet de détecter des virus!!!
suivant mes conseils elle a passé son pc par spybot et adaware, qui ne détectent rien...
là où elle est elle n'a peut être pas une connexion rapide à internet, ce qui pourrait expliquer la lenteur et impossibilité de télécharger des docs pas très lourds.

J'ai oublié de vous dire que j'étais à Taïwan, il y a 7h de décalage et parfois mon internet marche au ralenti c'est pour ça que mes réponses peuvent être tardives.

En effet j'ai l'impression que mon ordi va beaucoup mieux il n'y a plus d'arrêt de fonctionnement de mes programmes et mes applications bloquent moins.

J'ai lancé un scan norton car lui qui avait vu trojan.
Là je vais me coucher donc je ne répondrai pas avant un moment, demain dimanche synonyme de grâce mat.

Je vous remercie infiniment pour votre aide précieuse et très pro. Mon problème est résolu bien joué! Mon admiration va aux gens comme vous qui n'hésitent pas à prendre du temps pour aider les autres sans rien attendre en retour, c'est quand même assez rare dans notre société où la rentabilité est le maître mot.
