Bonjour,
Voici mon rapport Hijack (version à jour ?) pour les pros qui ont faim.
Que cela vous inspire-t-il ? deux lignes me paraissent très très suspectes et une autre farfelue.

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et enregistre le sur le bureau.
déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.
désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions
à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt
réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.
Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et enregistre le sur le bureau.
déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.
désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions
à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt
réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.
Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

J'ai imprimé le tutoriel ComboFix.
Tout va bien jusqu'à l'étape "glisser ce fichier sur l'icône de ComboFix et le déposer".
Ensuite je sais plus trop ce qui se passe : on me demande si je veux une version plus récente de ComboFix, je clique oui, une fenêtre bleue apparaît, genre "invite de commandes", je suppose que Combo essaie de m'installer une version plus récente, pendant ce temps KAV me demande si j'autorise une application présentant un risque potentiel Hidden install, objet processus: C:\32788R22FWJFW\prep.cmd.
Je sais plus si j'ai interdis ou ignorer (?).
Un autre message m'a averti que le mise à jour Combo a échoué et qu'il allait dès lors utiliser une version antérieure.
J'obtiens de retour une demande de KAV (ça va peut-être pas t'aider, j'en ai eu 3 au total, j'ai (je ne sais plus dans quel ordre, une fois interdit et une autre ignoré) et la troisième laissée en suspend à l'écran pour moi faire un break et m'occuper de ma chienne qui m'averti ;) quelques minutes plus tard d'un bip de l'ordi. J'ai alors à l'écran une fenêtre qui semblerait être la même que "DISCLAIMER OF WARRENTY ON SOFTWARE" du tutoriel mais en français.
Il semblerait que je suis allé trop vite dans les manips et ai dépassé l'étape "Fermez toutes les fenêtres de programme ouvertes" et "Fermez ou désactivez tous les programmes Antivirus, Antispyware, ainsi que tout pare-feu en cours d'exécution".
Ce qui m'amène à poser plusieurs questions avant de continuer.
N'est-il pas trop tard pour mettre KAV sur pause ?
Mon petit "patouillage" prête-t-il à conséquences, sinon puis-je continuer après, bien sûr, avoir mis KAV sur pause ?
Dans la fenêtre "LIMITATION DE GARANTIE DU LOGICIEL" on serait tenté de cliquer oui (ou non), or dans le tuto il est écrit taper 1 puis Enter; je fais quoi ?
J'espère t'avoir bien mis au courant de la situation.

tu lance combofix tout simplement . Pas besoin de glisser un dossier sur combofix pour le moment car je ne t'ai pas fait faire de script

et hum... je ne trouve pas le rapport du deuxième qui a viré 3 infections.
Scanné en mode sans échec en faisant 3 modifs temporaires dans panneau de configuration/options des dossiers/affichage.
Sache aussi que parfois mon écran se fige et je ne peux plus rien faire.
Cela fait plusieurs fois qu'en cliquant sur mise à jour Windows, il me propose IE 7 et à chaque fois ça échoue.
Régulièrement apparaît un avertissement de KAV "intrusion worm hellkerm" (ou quelque chose dans le genre)
Si je te mets les dernières attaques bloquées par KAV, cela t'avance-t-il ?

http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste instruction for items to be moved.
(attention bien mettre :files)

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.
il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum
