Hello,
I am using Outlook Web Access and I want to forward (permanent forwarding) all my emails to my Gmail or Hotmail inbox.
How should I do this as I couldn't find the message forwarding option? There must probably be a solution.

The problem comes from the information automatically added by GMAIL in the "username" and "POP server" fields that it generates with the 2 parts of the entered email address. First, remove the automatically entered username for your actual username (the one you need to enter to access your Outlook account), then, to obtain your POP server, go to your Outlook account and click on "Options/About", then note what is written on the line Outlook Web Access hostname:. You just need to enter your password and you're good to go.
