Unable to import emails from one Gmail account to another

I've already searched in Google's help without success.
I have a main Gmail account where I consolidate my other email accounts.
I currently have one Gmail account and two Free accounts on this Gmail account that are working well.
I want to add another Gmail account and here is one of the messages I receive:
The server returned the error: "Connection closed by remote host: The other server terminated our connection. Please contact your other email provider for more information."
I removed this new account from my smartphone thinking it might create a conflict, but the message remains the same.
Thank you for helping me because I really need to have it in this inbox (transfer is useless, I can't see them in my inbox).

4 - Then sign in to the new Gmail account (the one you are trying to fetch mail into) and set up Mailfetcher within the 10 minute window you are allowed.
