Hello, I got a d-jix 370 player for my birthday, it only plays avi files, and there was software included to convert videos to avi, but the problem is I have a Mac and the software is for PC. Is there any other software that can convert videos to avi other than that? (keeping in mind that they need to be compressed to the size of the player).
Configuration: Mac OS X emac Firefox 2.0.0.16

Hello,
I gave a D-JIX 370 to my brother-in-law who has a Mac, the question is can we insert a disc with a smaller diameter into the Mac's drive?
Do you have an answer on this subject?
Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone!
I had the same problem as you with my D-jix yuno 150 and my Mac 2.66 GHZ (running Mac OS X). But I solved it!!! In fact, it is impossible to put the driver in the Mac's drive because it's a mini CD, and therefore it's not read by the Mac. But actually, we don't need it!!!
You just need to plug the D-jix into the Mac via the USB port; iPhoto then starts up (but we don't pay attention to that) and the MP3 element appears on the desktop under the name "no name".
By clicking on "no name", you then have access to the content of the MP3. Some items are unreadable on the Mac, while others are readable.
To add songs to the MP3, it's very easy! You just need to open iTunes and select the tracks you want. Then a simple drag-and-drop is enough. The MP3 files are copied to the player. And there you have it, it's done!!! I hope this helps you!
Best regards,
Sandrine

Good evening to you, after searching the logicom site, I found in the FAQ that the problem was due to the micro SD card reader; normally, there is a fake plastic micro SD card in the device, it needs to be removed and reconnected, and there you go, HALLELUJAH! In any case, it worked for me, hoping it's also the solution to your problem... Best regards!
