je ne peux plus ouvrir ""Outlook-Express et il y une fenêtre avec un message en anglais que je ne comprends pas.

Je ne comprends vraiment pas grand chose et dans les forums de Bitdefender quand on veut poser une question,la demande est aussi en anglais alors que je vais dans le forum en cliquant sur "français" et pour traduire c'est pareil on n'y comprends rien tellement c'est mal traduit.
J'ai aussi passé le on line- scanner, franchement je suis affolé et je ne sais que faire. Si vous pouvez m'aider à comprendre j'en serai très heureuse. Merci de votre compréhension
