Infecté par TR/Crypt.CFI.Gen - Trojan

Bonjour
J'avais Avast pendant pas mal de temps et je me suis décidé de changer d antivirus juste " pour voir " je décide donc de prendre antivir et voila ce qu'il me trouve TR/Crypt.CFI.Gen - Trojan
J 'aurais donc besoin d'aide pour savoir comment enlever cette bestiole
