An "image taken from a computer" doesn't mean anything! An "image taken from the Internet" doesn't make sense either...

Uh... and then "for my star to be the background of my second image" isn't very clear either... Hence the importance of detailing your problem and clearly explaining what you want to do...

We specify which image formats
And we say what we want to do: for example, achieve transparency by layering one image on top of another... or mixing the two images,...

You need to open the formatting palette,
then open the formatting menu (icon at the top left)
then open the size, rotation and arrangement tab

then use the rearrange tab

This allows you to bring the chosen photo to the foreground or background.
