Hello, I would like to know how to create a blurry area in an image using PhotoFiltre.

Good evening
In this case, it creates a blur over the entire image and not just a part (an area).
For a specific area (or part), you need to either select what you want to blur, then apply a blur that you like either in Filter --> Blur where there are several types of blurs, or in Blurs --> Optical Effect where there are others. If you want to apply a blur to the entire image and only keep a part sharp, you make your selection, invert the selection, apply your blur, mask the selection, and in the area where the selection was, use a slight touch of the brush tool to ensure that the hard edge left by the selection is not visible even if it is softened... http://ioj.com/v/fnjua
