Virus "you have a security problem"

Bonjour,

Je pense que je suis viens tout juste d'attraper un virus ce soir: une "bulle" provenant d'une icône en forme de bouclier rouge avec une croix blanche à l'intérieur apparait toutes les 30 secondes et lorsque je clique dessus, il m'envoie sur une page web (http://antivir-av-checker-site.net/sc/?a=1544) où il y a un simulation de vérification de mon PC. De plus, lorsque je navigue sur le net, il y a des fenêtres (très) intempestives qui apparaissent et qui me disent que j'ai besoin de télécharger "ceci" ou "cela" pour la sécurité de mon PC...
Tout ça pour vous dire que j'ai recherché sur ce site des informations et suite de la lecture de plusieurs posts identiques, j'ai télécharger le logiciel "HijackThis". J'ai effectué une analyse de mon PC et voici le rapport du logiciel:
