Hello, while I was browsing the internet, I always come across the same topics regarding emails received about lotteries, most often concerning MEGAMILLION. Please know that in my opinion, I can find synonyms for this word: DECEPTION, FRAUD:
You know that we cannot rely on past events to judge the emails we receive informing us that we have won lotteries. However, some people simultaneously refer to scams when they are asked to pay a certain amount to receive a prize of €275,000 or another. I will take a very simple example like those people who buy scratch lottery tickets and do not win; some people have even ruined their lives because of these games. Shall we call this type of game, like PMU, a SCAM?
I don't really believe so, and why then create a story around certain emails we receive and people to whom we announce a gain who pay a certain amount and receive nothing, who will eventually pay another, and still receive nothing, and when we ask them to pay another sum, they refuse and call it a scam!!!!
I would say no, no, and no.
I am writing this message not to encourage anyone to engage in these types of procedures, but let people often live their dreams because one never knows where happiness may leave us!!!!!
Thank you.

Well, we’re going to give some information anyway...
The MegaMillions Lottery does indeed exist; it's an American lottery, but of course, scammers like the charming gentleman here do not hesitate to send fake emails meant to make naive internet users believe they have won the jackpot.
Here’s a real link about the Lottery (not the scam):

Here’s an example of an email that the little jokers of scammers enjoy sending.

As mentioned, these funds are not of dubious origin and are the lottery's own funds used for the purpose of this promotion. III PROCEDURE Given the numerous inconveniences that the Lotto Megamillions E-Lottery has experienced in the past, notably embezzlement, extortion, and even outright diversion of funds allocated to winners by unscrupulous individuals. The authorities of the Lotto Megamillions E-Lottery, in agreement with the 'Multi Gains' E-Lottery Syndicate System and the affiliated bank authorities, have decided to amend the procedures for transferring funds to winners. IV PROCEDURE FOR OPENING YOUR FILE WITH THE AFFILIATED BANK You must first fill out a coupon that will allow me to identify you by giving me additional necessary information about yourself on the one hand and on the other, this coupon will indicate to me how you intend to receive your winnings from your place of residence. V PROCEDURE FOR THE REMITTANCE OF YOUR PRIZE We inform you that our office only handles the legal and administrative part inherent to this lottery. So after the opening of your winner file and its submission to the affiliated bank, the Director of Operations of the said bank will proceed with the transfer of your funds. As stipulated in Article 2 "any winner in view of the delivery of their prize must pay the transfer fees regardless of the transfer method they have chosen." Charles Pinnocchio, be careful with your words, don't say anything without thought and without ulterior motives.
Sign up correctly, and we'll see which side you're on!
The Ivorian State is beginning to react. Starting with the training of gendarmes, a financial center has been created, so I hope that in a year, all this nonsense will be traceable!
But I won't be here anymore, I can't be discriminated against because of my color. I really wish the industry of scammers would be over! I'm disgusted, even the friend I trusted (+/-) wants to scam me?
