Hello,
I have a Livebox with a TV decoder. While the time change happened without any issues on my computer, it hasn't taken place on the decoder. So, I reset the decoder, unplugged everything, and rebooted my Livebox: nothing works, it still shows summer time. Is there a solution like a manual adjustment?

I advise you as a professional:
You need to have your TV codes!
Please use your remote control. Your decoder should be on. Press the menu button followed by yellow then blue (in quick succession)
You will then see a blue screen labeled "hotline". Use the directional arrows to select "Clear cookies" and then press "OK". Next, choose "restart".
When restarting, make sure to wait until the decoder displays the time.
Please use your remote control to turn on your decoder. Wait...
You will be prompted for authentication. Confirm the message by pressing "OK". Enter your 10-digit "TV ID" code and then "OK". Then enter your confidential code and "OK". Done, the current time is displayed on the decoder!
This procedure effectively logs you out properly from the Orange equipment managing your decoder and logs you back in. The time is provided by the network........

I just needed to restart and the time has changed correctly!
I followed your procedure, but after restarting, I was never asked for any code again, and now I have no channels. The decoder takes forever to reset and turn off, and when I turn it back on, I can see it's searching, but I end up with a black screen. I'm really frustrated; I should have left the old settings because now I have no digital TV since my decoder isn't working anymore.
Unfortunately, I can't call customer support as it costs me too much... What should I do?
