Bonjour,
j'ai un copieur CANON IR 400 qui s'allume bien mais, quand j'envoie une copie, la machine me donne le message suivant : ETTEINDRE ET RALLUMER LE COPIEUR avec le code E220 ou E100.
QUE FAIRE DANS CE CAS.
