Sorry I only speak english, but when I restart my computer this always wants to download and install.
I think I must have deleted the program instead of uninstalling it.
Do you guys know how I can delete this mess?

    hi,
    why don't you try to reinstall it ? you won't lose any soft or files, and it'll install or reinstall all the missing files, .msi included ;-)
