No battery icon Solved/Closed

Question

Hello everyone,I no longer have the battery charge icon at the bottom right. I haven't changed any settings and the computer is working perfectly fine.Thank you for your help.Have a nice day.

Right-click on the taskbar, properties, customize, check if your icon is still there, and make sure to select "always show" in the dropdown menu.

Which machine are you on?? And is it a laptop or a desktop???

Otherwise, it may be that in the control panel, Performance, you have a section titled "power" or "power saving..." where you can enable or disable this icon. But the strangest thing is that the icon disappeared on its own.

For "lacharpente": I know that desktop PCs don't have a battery, but on some computers, you can still display the icon (SP1 +2).

RE Go to power options, advanced, if "always show the icon in the taskbar" is checked. Catch you later!

I finally found it, MIRACLE !!!!
Here’s how to do it for those who might be interested, at least it works perfectly for me
- right-click on the taskbar
- click on properties
notification area tab...... everything is there
no need to say more

I did all of this too, but I've been experiencing this since last night.

And I went into the notification area, but the power management button is grayed out, so I can't do anything.

The icon suddenly disappeared.

I had the same problem, so I restarted my PC and went back into properties, and there, the "power management" box was no longer greyed out!  There you go ^^
