I placed my order with them on Monday and I still haven't received my package, even though I opted for colissimo.
The problem is that I noticed afterwards that there is a minimum order requirement on this site of 150€ excluding tax, and I only ordered 50€ excluding tax, but the money has still been deducted from my account and they have stated since Tuesday that my order has been shipped.
Are there others in the same situation as me?
