Bonjour,
depuis quelques jours des bulles apparaissent dans la barre des tâches près de l'horloge avec un msg différents chaque fois: internet attack attempt detected, your computer is infected with spyware, your secutiry and privacy are at risk, your computer is working slowly, your computer is not protected against spyware. De plus, un fond d'écran bleu avec un msg que mon ordinateur est infecté par des spyware et que je devrais update ma protection contre ceux ci est présent. Cela a pour effet que mon ordi semble lent, que mon internet lâche parfois sans raison et es fenêtres explorer ouvre sans raison. Merci de m'aider!?

- Dans le dossier "SmitfraudFix" ouvre "Smitfraudfix.cmd" puis choisit l 'option 2 et tape "oui" pour toutes les questions.
- Enregistre le rapport puis envoie le dans ton prochain poste.
Ensuite,
poste un nouveau HiJackt stp histoire de voir comment ça se passe.....

- Dans le dossier "SmitfraudFix" ouvre "Smitfraudfix.cmd" puis choisit l 'option 2 et tape "oui" pour toutes les questions.
- Enregistre le rapport puis envoie le dans ton prochain poste.

Recommence jusqu’à ce qu’il ne trouve plus rien (cela varie en général entre 1 et 4 fois).

Car je viens de voir que smitfraudfix l'avait détecté (j'avais mal lu le rapport). Je ne sais si c'est lui ou toi qui l'a supprimé. Si tu peux me dire...

- Commence par connecter tout ton matériel de stockage à ton PC (clés USB, DD amovible...). Allume les si necessaire.
- Sous Démonstration en ligne, on t'explique la marche à suivre, et pour lancer le scan il faut sélectionner < Exécuter l'analyse en ligne >.
- On va te demander de télécharger un contrôle active x, accepte .
- Dans le menu < Choisissez la cible de l'analyse >, sélectionne < Poste de travail >. Le scan va commencer.
- Poste le rapport qui sera généré stp. (clique sur <enregistrer le rapport> puis sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau en choisissant "fichier texte (*.txt)" pour l'extension).

NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.
Pour le rapport Kaspersky il faut que tu choisisses "Afficher le rapport" puis que tu l'enregistres sur ton bureau sous forme de fichier texte (type de fichier "tous les fichiers").
Je te conseille aussi de faire ceci (tu peux le faire en mode normal) :

- Après suppression des infections : un rapport va être généré : sauvegarde le et poste le sur forum stp.
