Hello,
What does the term "HNO treatment" refer to? A term used in exchanges with operators
of an application in an information system (IS).
Thank you in advance for your response.

HNO stands for Non-Working Hours, a time slot that can vary:

for example, on a property management company website:
    Definition of working hours

from MONDAY to THURSDAY from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM

on FRIDAY from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 5 PM.

If one works in an IT department, for example, for an IT services company, it will be outside the hours specified in the mission order, but in a flexible way - it's from experience.

      I would also specify:
The term HNO can be used as long as the working hours are outside of office hours (before 8 AM and after 9 PM).

      Hello,

It is pointless to resurrect a thread from 2017 while being inaccurate.

The non-working hours, as specified in <1>, are those during which the company or organization does not usually operate.

A few years ago, I encountered on the phone the answering machine of a sub-prefecture that was out of service for on-call duty after 4 PM (and telling me that this time was 4:30 PM, but that's another issue). Generally, it is later for a private company, but it varies.
