4x8 Work Schedule Rotation Solved

Question

Hello, I am looking for a 4X8 shift model knowing that the hours are from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM for M, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM for AM, and from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM for N. We work 152.19 hours per month. The week starts on Sunday at 9:00 PM and ends on Saturday at 1:00 PM. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello.  This type of problem has already been raised, in one form or another, a good fifty times in this forum. I don't think there have been more than 2 somewhat satisfactory answers! Indeed, what you're asking for is not office work; not even computing: It's about work organization and scheduling... Hello,  You're a real slave driver, aren't you! You want to make your guys work 32 hours a day!!  On a more serious note, I think your shift pattern is 3x8 and not 4x8 ;-)  Can you write down (or even on another sheet) your working hours, for example in Z1 you enter 08:00 (hh:mm time format) To calculate your shifts, it’s easy, you start, for example in A1 from 05:00 then in B1 you put the formula =A1+Z1, and you get 13:00. In C1, you put = B1+Z1, which gives us 21:00 and finally, in D1 =C1+Z1.  There may be more professional ways to do it but this is the first that came to my mind and it works, so...  However, for presenting your schedule over a week, a month or more, we need to know more about what you want.  Best regards, -- Chris Computing... that abominable thing that makes us so humble.
