As-tu enregistré via la lincence gratuite ton logiciel (avast) ?

Non, non ça devrait fonctionner normalement.
Fais ceci pour voir

Télécharge HijackThis sur ton Bureau ou dans tes documents:
---> http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe

Fais un clic droit sur le programme, choisis "Renommer", donne lui un autre nom, exemple : blabla.exe
Ensuite, double-clic sur HijackThis puis en bas de la fenêtre clci sur "I accept"
Clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici

Si besoin d'aide pour HijackThis.

Voilà, on va faire un peu le ménage, pour voir si ça peut régler le problème.

* Avant tout, il te faut désactiver l'UAC, tout est expliqué sur le lien ci-dessous (redémarre ton ordi quand il te le proposera)

* Ensuite, elance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked"
- Ferme Internet Explorer avant de cliquer sur Fix checked
- S'il manque des lignes ce n'est pas grave
- Rien n'est supprimé

* Clic sur "démarrer", dans la barre de recherche juste au-dessus tape ce qui est en gras bdoscandel.exe et lance la recherche s'il te le trouve fais un clic droit dessus puis "supprimer". S'il ne trouve rien passe à la suite.

* Vas dans ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :
- Service Bonjour (inutile)

* Clic sur "démarrer", dans la barre de recherche juste au-dessus tape : services.msc
Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvrira, cherche la ligne ci-dessous, double-clic dessus et à type de démarrage, régle-la sur "Désactivé"
- Symantec Lic NetConnect service

* Télécharge et installe CCleaner puis fais le ménage comme indiqué.

* Redémarre ton ordianteur et dis-moi ce que ça donne.

Est ce parce que c'est gratuit qu'on peut pas avoir tout ? Pourtant j'ai jamais eu de soucis jusqu'alors...
