Bonjour,
juste ce message pour vous remercier pour les infos que j'ai récupérées sur ce forum après m'être escrimé avec le logiciel malveillant Antivirus 2008.
mon Kaspersky ne l'a pas détecté, ad aware nonplus... j'ai passé un coup de malawarebyte et après plus de deux heures de checking il a détecté plusieurs fichiers douteux. Supprimés.
Problème résolu, sauf une satannée phrase "you have a security problem" qui apparaît régulièrement sur mon icône windows sécurité et qui d'ailleurs n'est plus utilisable. Quand je clique dessus, il ouvre un lien vers une page pour une pub d'antivirus.
Si qqn a une solution....

Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau.
Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK
Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger
*** Referme le programme ***
2) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Executer un examen complet >>> Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs puis clique sur Lancer l’examen
A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>>
supprime ce qu'il a trouvé vide également les éléments de la quarantaine
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"
--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse
Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

Bonjour,
Il me semble que j'ai le meme type de problemes, puis-je suivre les memes conseils?
Simplement mon centre de sécurité est à jour et la détection activée mais tout est bloqué, et je rame pour ouvrir quoi que ce soit. Je ne suis pas sur de pouvoir ouvrir le site malwarebytes afin meme de nettoyer mon ordi.

tout simplement Malwarebyte's nettoie une partie de l'infection mais pas toute l'infection
celle ci est encore présente;
Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install. L'outil sera extrait à la racine du lecteur système (généralement le C:\).
Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
· Redémarre ton ordinateur
· Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (F5 sur certains PC), une pression par seconde.
· A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
· Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
· Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
· Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.cmd pour lancer le script.
· Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
· Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
· Il est possible que l'outil demande un nouveau redémarrage en mode Sans Échec en début de routine, si une infection particulière est détectée; valide et tapote la touche F8 (ou F5) au redémarrage pour accéder aux options de démarrage.
· Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
· Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
· Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
· Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
· Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
· Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

merci pour ta réponse rapide. De mon côté, j'ai installé CCleaner qui m'a nettoyé encore un peu mon disque dur (il a faluu y aller à 2 reprises)... encores des fichiers temp douteux supprimés. Et cette phrase "you have a problem security" toujours là. J'ai refait un coup de Malawarebyte... qui a à nouveau repéré qques fichiers problématiques. Supprimés également et ô miracle.. mon ordinateur est tout neuf tout propre.
Au total, mon expérience a durée plus de 4 h (le temps de comprendre ce qui m'arrivait, chercher l'info, downloader, checker, supprimer, redémarrer...). j'ai nettoyé mon ordi avac kaspersky, Ad aware, malawarebyte (2 fois) et cCleaner (2 fois).
