Hello, I have an ALCATEL omni pcx office Medium system in a company, and I can't connect to the system via LAN. Can you tell me how to connect to the system on my laptop? I have the PM5 9.1a software that I found available for free download on the internet. Can you help me please? Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.1

Hello
First of all, you need to check if this PBX has not had its implicit addresses modified
1°/ The Omni PCX Office / OXO OFFICE have a factory IP address just like a server
2°/ You also need to know the password
Procedure
1°/ Go to Network Favorites / Properties / Select the Network Card / Network Card Properties / Check 'Use the following IP address'
Enter e.g. the following address: 192.168.92.05 / Subnet mask 255.255.255
3°/ Launch the PM5 compatible/expert/connection/LAN/In this section, you will be asked for an address of the PCX/Enter the following address: 192.168.92.246/Then the password/and initiate the connection/
NB/ This operation is only possible if the CPU address has not been changed and if the password is correct
Otherwise, obtain the IP address as well as the password
Otherwise, perform a cold reset which leads to manual system reconfiguration
Unless a prior backup is highly recommended!!!!
Good luck!!!
