Is video calling free or paid? Solved

Hello, I recently got the Samsung F480 and I would like to know if video calling is free or paid??? Thank you!

At Bouygues, video calls in the Neo2 plan are free during the "unlimited and free calls" time slots, as well as SMS (for me, from 8 PM to midnight), and are deducted from the plan "outside the unlimited call time slot" (for me, 2 hours/month) at the normal rate, like a voice call.
Conditions: both your phone and your correspondent's must be equipped with a 3G card and both must be within 3G coverage!
Official response verified by customer service.

Video calls are always out of plan and even on 3G via Skype it's the same. On average, it's €0.50/min. Even I'm frustrated, it's outrageous. The only way is from home by connecting to the internet and on Skype.
