Hello everyone,
Here is my problem :
When I start the PC, it gets stuck on the motherboard presentation screen with the following message at the bottom :

- Press DEL to enter Setup.

If I press DEL (the Delete key on the keyboard) when the keyboard lights up (the 3 LEDs on the keyboard turn on), it works for a fraction of a second.... "If I wait, it's too late, keyboard inactive"

A second message appears :

- Entering Setup.

And then nothing, impossible to do anything ... I press the ENTER key .... The keyboard seems to be disconnected ...

I tried removing the battery from the motherboard, changing the jumper to reset the CMOS .... unplugging and replugging all the peripherals from the motherboard ... (CD/DVD drive, HDD, fan)

Still no change.

If someone can help me solve the problem, I would be very grateful.
I don't know what to do anymore. :'(

Thank you in advance.

unplug the HDD, start the PC without ....
reconnect to another SATA socket ....

enter the BIOS and reset it ...

That's all.

Here I had the same problem with a black screen and the Asus logo in the middle.

I have a box that I connect via USB and this box serves to read different SD cards from the Sangha brand. I unplugged them and pressed as it asked, and it worked.

Hello, DEL is to enter the BIOS. Try pressing F1, do you have a motherboard to test your CPU, or a CPU to test your motherboard? At least you'll know if it's a hardware problem...

Have you tampered with your recently installed PC or installed any software? Tinkered with the RAM?

By tapping F8 at startup or F11, F12, does it not offer anything?

F1 does nothing.
And for testing the CPU, I don't know anyone :X my other PC isn't compatible ;X

or it could just be a device that has burned out! your motherboard? CPU? do you have another computer to test them separately?

Ah so you know a bit about hardware, get yourself some equipment and do some tests (RAM, GPU, CPU, etc...)

For now, remove the RAM sticks, start the PC without any RAM, see if it beeps, turn it off, put one stick back in a slot you haven't used yet (or any slot, really). Do the same thing again by changing the RAM location, and testing with the other stick, etc...

Give us the results of the tests.

Well then..... I must be unlucky.....

I had already started unplugging it, I removed a ton of dust.... I gently took a brush to it (just like always) and plugged everything back in....

And BAM!!! The PC won't even start. It turns on but I have no display: XXXXXXX

Oh dear.
