Unable to reach them by phone to return three dresses and bags! The sizes don’t match, the materials are hideous and poorly cut. I wanted to return them but can’t find the address; no one answers my calls. I believe all of this comes from China – scam, scam, scam… I spent €167; it’s a horror. The photos are misleading. Be careful not to place your orders – I will rush to report these people! I’m going to talk to a lawyer about this. It’s a disgrace, and they flood us with their advertisements. I just placed an order with Floryday and received it after 20 days of waiting. I'm not disappointed with the items I received; the quality/price ratio is acceptable, but the shipping costs are very high: €16.15 + €0.84 for insurance. I returned a blouse worth €20.40 to the address in Belgium provided by Floryday in China, costing €12.30. I hope the exchange will go smoothly and not take too long? Given the price to receive goods, I won't be ordering from this supplier again. I've also seen very bad reviews online about this seller regarding returns and refunds.
Floriday buys from Ali Express and resells it two to three times more expensive!!! I checked on the Ali Express site the items and prices sold on Floriday.

For my part, I have been ordering from Floriday for almost a year and I have never had any problems with the items! The delay is long, but it is stated at the time of ordering! The items are compliant, I only had one issue last week, instead of returning the items (too small), they offered me to keep them and even refunded part of it in store credit!
Big Scam .. I ordered a jacket before the holidays, and it was too small, so I wanted to return it ... no return address, I tried to send them a message by email, but the email is not valid ... I contacted customer service, which didn't provide me with any information about the return ...

I haven't returned them as I read that this address was not valid and that in any case, the refund would not occur. I have an appointment with a conciliator at the end of February to try to get reimbursed around 158 euros, moreover since I used Paypal, I filed a claim but I have to wait for a response.....in the meantime I found this online:

Same problems for me. Terrible quality and hideous plastic materials, unsuitable sizes. After 4 emails, the return procedure is still not clarified, they are wasting our time. In a subsequent email, they mention a warehouse in Belgium, and 3 emails later, they finally provide me with a shipping address for the Netherlands...... They are scammers....

Why can't we find a serious site with nice offerings? Chinese sites are everywhere... and it's always disappointing. The items do look great in photos. If I were an entrepreneur, I would make these items in France with the quality that goes with it.

It's the European importers and distributors who are lining their pockets with these scams, but the Chinese also know how to make good quality that could be sold to us at an acceptable price. However, a good price/quality ratio isn't for everyone... There you go. And now they're talking about sending us back to the shops. It would be nice if they offered something fashionable and wearable in larger sizes... We might consider it, but it's a real hassle to find what suits us, and even more so what we actually like. There's no need to punish us with scams and guilt us over a supposed lack of solidarity with our shops: they are the ones who lack solidarity with all body types and reserve subpar merchandise for those on a tight budget.
I was also scammed; I received the items, and they're really poorly made, and there's no address to return them. I'm stuck with them; I paid 100 euros, including expensive shipping.
This evening, January 12, 2019, a phone call at 7:30 PM informed me about the delivery of the coat I ordered a week ago. I unbox it and confirm that this item does not correspond at all.

What a shame to deliver size 43 shoes that correspond to size 41.5, it's impossible to wear these shoes. The policy of this site is to send sizes that do not match to make you spend money on returns and they do not reimburse the shipping costs. A purchase of more than 40 euros costs me 30 euros out of my pocket. I intend to file a complaint for fraud regarding the order.
Absolutely agree, this brand and this website should be denounced loud and clear, it’s a pure and simple scam.
All Chinese sites use the same supplier hubs. One should not attack them right away when there's a problem; it's better to use English, as communication in French is impossible. I was like all those who were disappointed at first, but now I understand their mentality better, especially their circuits, traditions, etc. I have respectful, fruitful exchanges with them; when something goes wrong, they reimburse me promptly, it's not at all what you think, a scam, just a company very different from ours that is trying to adapt to free trade in a world that moves too fast. I sincerely believe that these sites are neither worse nor better than ours, but they are much more polite when it comes to exchanges or refunds. Do not start by attacking them; write politely and simply ask for their help, it works wonders, believe me! I often order from them, no matter the site, and I am never disappointed now that I understand the mechanisms! Lastly, no one is obliged to order from China; we do it because the prices are attractive, so let's stop this petty French mentality that criticizes everything we do not understand at first glance. Let's establish courteous relationships, and trust will follow.
I ordered 3 items on Floriday, they were immediately charged but I haven't received a confirmation or an order number. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything!!! This isn't fair, especially since they have my card number, I'm in a bad situation.
In short, I bought €169 worth of clothes, of which only 5 can be worn, and even then, without being too picky... I can't even consider a return given the quality of the site.
One piece of advice! Just forget it!!!!!!!!!!
