    Hello, indeed there was a song about Marie José Perec, in a "Creole" style, by an author who was actually praising her. I'm also looking for it but so far without success!! :s
    If you find the author, could you please let me know as well? :) Thank you in advance.

    By any chance, are you not looking for the song WITH Marie-Jo (maladie d'amour), because that's easy to find. ^^

    Ebin, I only know that the song was about Marie-Josée Pérec, but I can't remember the lyrics. I believe they made it when she left the competition abruptly.

    There is another one called "the legs of Marie JO", which dates back to 1996 at the latest. It's a clip with a little boy looking for Marie JO. It's a bit more Creole than Alain Bashung, but I don't know if that's the one you're looking for.
